Wednesday, Sept. 8	More information has surfaced about the next season of FUTURAMA and the SIMPSONS: THE SIMPSONS : Apu's wife gives birth to octuplets, Mel Gibson gets animated as himself, John Goodman guests as Santa (a roll he'll reprise in FUTURAMA) and Bart starts taking a Ritalin-like drug. FUTURAMA: In the Titanic-esque take-off, Bender falls for a robot countess and aliens invade the Earth when an intergalictic telecast of an Ally-ish show is interrupted.

	Cinescape has reported that the DOC SAVAGE movie will be set in the 1930s, the time period that Doc first appeared in the Pulp Magazines. The DOC SAVAGE movie is currently in pre-production and is tentatively set to be released the Summer of 2001.
