Who we are
Dangerous Universe was founded way back
in 1997 as a school project. Learn more
about the history of Dangerous Universe. Dangerous Universe is
the pet project of Bert Ehrmann,
a slightly psychotic web designer working in Fort Wayne Indiana.
Bert
Ehrmann - Creator, Designer and Content Supervisor
Bert's
been working in advertising and marketing since 1998. Starting off
in the marketing department at Sweetwater
Sound, then later jumping ship to Boyden
and Youngblutt (B&Y) Advertising and Marketing. He's done
everything under the Sun from working on printed materials such as
advertisements and brochures, writing copy, digitally retouching hi-res
photos for print, photographing subjects for campaigns, setting up
computers, networks and servers, branding, and working on complex
marketing campaigns. Bert specializes in web design including design,
HTML, ASP, Flash, managing web servers, and site implementation. (Whew,
that's a lot of stuff!)
Dangerous Universe is Bert's web playground
and has been so for several years now, see
for yourself. Bert Ehrmann is a collector of movie and television
memorabilia.
Mo Alexander
Mo
was the first non-Bert contributor to Dangerous Universe. Mo has been
a proofreader and constant contributor.
Matt Alexander
Matt currently works full time at Queens Creek Outfitters. He loves watching movies and is a horror fanatic. Just ask the life size Leatherface in his room. He wishes the time between seasons of all of his favorite shows on Sci-Fi wouldn't be so long. He misses being able to watch MST3K on tv instead of DVD.
Michael
Summers
Michael
Summers is a co-founder of the ubër popular bi-weekly newspaper
the Fort Wayne Reader,
previously working as a copywriter at Sweetwater Sound. When he's
not practicing guitar or writing the next great American novel, he's
helping out with, or writing for, Dangerous Universe. In attempt to
exorcise his demons, Michael wrote a story about the movie THE
BERMUDA DEPTHS. Now it seems as is he gets an e-mail everyday
from another fan about that movie.
Michael has contributed to Dangerous Universe
since 1999 and "has no plans on stopping unless I wear my elbows
out working on my computer."

Wayne, Indiana in November 2000. He is one of three hosts on the
weekly music discussion podcast Stage
Banter, and plays guitar, banjo
and mandolin for a band called The
Legendary Trainhoppers.
